Safety and health are an integral part of Michiana Land Services’ operations.   MLS has never had a safety violation or accident.

All MLS personnel are well-versed in our safety policies and programs as well as those of our clients.  Safety, efficiency and productivity are all a part of a job well done.

MLS has created a shared commitment to a safe, healthful and productive business culture.    All employees are involved in an environment of trust, respect and mutal interest in the personal and economic security provided by a safe and healthy workplace.  We fully integrate safety and health into the operations process by designing safety into our procedures.  MLS also fully integrates accountability for safety and health into the organization from top to bottom.

MLS has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.  Drug and alcohol testing is performed before the hiring process is completed and occurs randomly throughout employment.
